Prior to my appointment, I was involved in human resource management based on organizational human resource policies and strategies at foreign-affiliated companies and international organizations in Japan, where I was involved in the identification, training, and development of human resources of various nationalities and backgrounds. I have worked in human resource management based on human resource policies and strategies for organizations in Japan, foreign capital-related companies, and international organizations, and have experience in identifying, training, and developing human resources of various nationalities and backgrounds. We are involved in education with an awareness of how students can acquire these foundations at university. As the coordinator of the Global Career Program (GCaP), a global human resource development program of the School of Policy Studies at Kwansei Gakuin University, I provide guidance to students who wish to be active in international cooperation, social contribution activities, and global business in the future. I am also a coordinator of the "Global Career Program (GCaP)," a program to foster international cooperation, social contribution activities and global business. She is also a part-time lecturer at Doshisha University (Center for International Education, ILA), where she is involved in the English degree program and teaches international students. In her life's work, she is also involved in support activities for truant children and withdrawn children in Kyoto Prefecture.
